Elmer Barrios is a great team member in Cape Coral, always going above and beyond with a smile on his face, which is why he is so deserving of the recognition as the Employee of the Year for Cape Coral.

Elmer performs all janitorial, lawn maintenance, and housekeeping requirements associated with the Cape Coral production floor. This level of care ensures the production teams can function properly and produce great product. In addition, Elmer also oversees our acetone distillation process, which keeps the production area supplied with clean acetone, and reducing our new acetone consumption.

However, what really separates Elmer apart is his ability and drive to always help others succeed. Often Elmer will help with pulling molds, wrapping finished product and transporting plugs around the facility to ensure production stays moving.
