Employee of the Quarter – Cape Coral

Valentin is the truck driver for Cape Coral and well deserves employee of the quarter. In addition to transporting material / parts between CC and SRQ as needed and sometimes at a moment’s notice he also performs a series of other duties. He keeps our A/C units and filters clean, fire extinguishers and eye wash stations cleaned and inspected monthly. He maintains the truck / trailer making sure all PM’s are kept on schedule, and assists with loading and cleaning the acetone recovery still. He assists in welding when needed by cutting and tapping steel for the welders. At times he puts in long hours (12+) in order to keep the flow of parts between the two plants moving.
