Our highly trained team at DCMC offers many services for the aerospace industry including, non-structural parts, patterns, molds, jigs, cauls, trim fixtures and prototypes. By leveraging the capabilities of our five-axis CNC mills, as well as our CMM measurement machines, high-precision products can be fabricated with extreme repeatability. In addition, by understanding what areas of the highly technical aerospace market our capabilities align with, we can provide our services to you, the customer, at a more competitive price than other full service aerospace firms.

At DCMC, we work with an assembled team of industrial and mechanical designers that have a thorough knowledge of composite tooling and part production to develop creative solutions to complex problems. Working from an idea, sketch, rendering, or preliminary CAD file, DCMC’s design team develops high quality surface 3D CAD models utilizing the latest version of NX CAD/CAM software in one of our 15-plus licensed “seats”.
