With eight 3 & 5 Axis CNC milling machines of various sizes the team at DCMC can meet your needs. We understand that your desire is to get products to market quickly even when most projects involve numerous complex components to be tooled with high quality and accuracy. Our CNC departments run 24 hours a day 7 days a week, ensuring customer projects have acceptable lead times and in most cases simultaneously amongst multiple component projects.
Our milling envelopes allow single piece sizes up to any shipping restrictions in length and width. Anything over these restrictions our team of engineers can design your part to be milled as separate components. For items getting composite mold fabrication, the plugs are CNC milled as a single piece in most cases and the molds fabricated in sections per shipping restrictions.
